Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Since every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind.

We accept prepaid payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as all products are Made to order.
